Diane & Chris Caverly

Diane and Bud Diane, at 12 years old,  began working with horses at a local barn where she learned by watching, listening and doing.  She gained further experience working at stables in Massachusetts, Iowa and Pennsylvania before opening her own farm.

Sunswept Stables opened in March 1988.  Diane has shown throughout New England with some top Hackneys.  Changing gears, Diane made the decision to share her knowledge and love of horses with others and established a lesson program.  Watching her charges, both students and horses, progress in their skills and reaching their personal goals is a great source of pride and fulfillment for Diane.

Chris, the "Jack of All Trades"  handles the farm maintenance and haying,
and assists in the daily
chores and training.  His sense of humor keeps the atmosphere fun and upbeat.
Diane maintains membership in

United States Equestrian Foundation (USEF)
American Hackney Horse Society (AHHS)
American Saddlebred Horse Association (ASHA)
New Hampshire Horse & Trail Association (NHHTA)
